By signing up with Surf2Singles you are indicating
your unconditional acceptance of the following terms
and conditions. In other words, have a good read of
this page before you get started - it's in your own
interest!
- You must be over 18 to use the site. Dating is not
meant to be traumatic; we expect our Users to help
ease the process, and themselves. We cannot be held
responsible if any Users lie in their profiles.
- Whilst we would like to, we unfortunately cannot
guarantee you uninterrupted service from Surf2Singles.
Occasionally Surf2Singles will need to update and
improve the site, this will be an ongoing process
and may cause temporary access problems. While we
will try to keep disruption to the service to a minimum,
this may lead to alterations in the sites format,
content or interface, all of which is done at our discretion.
- We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions
at any time if we see fit. Should Surf2Singles implement
new Terms and Conditions, we will state this on the
homepage. We will inform you on the 'pricing' page
should our prices change.
- Users are expected to treat the site with respect.
If any User is found to be abusing Surf2Singles we
will take serious action against them. We really can't
stress it enough; Surf2Singles is a way for genuine
people to meet other genuine people. Users should
have a moral conscience.
- You are Adult Users of this service. We expect you to behave as you would
in the company of other Users. We will edit out profanity written by you within
your profile. There is a 'no tolerance' policy to deformation of any sort.
We reserve the right to edit, or completely remove the content of any of any
User profiles if we deem it offensive. It is not our obligation to check the
contents of the site, if you find something offensive, before we do, please
let us know using our contact form
- We do not support the opinion of any of the
Users using the site. Any opinions expressed in User
profiles or messages are those of the individual User
and not of Surf2Singles.
- Anything from the website is downloaded at the Users own risk.
- Giving out your personal contact details will result in you being banned from Surf2Singles. We offer
as much protection as possible to our members by occasionally monitoring the messages sent on the site.
Initiatiating email correspondence outside of the site is prohibited. You account will be suspended.
- Do not impersonate anyone else on the site. This is totally unacceptable.
References to brand names, trademarks and other similar copyright infringements
will be removed. For example, if you are Che Guevara, great.
If you're not, please create a more appropriate profile name.
- If you misbehave and break these terms and conditions, we reserve
the right to remove you from the site. In addition, we reserve the
right to remove any information submitted by Users at our discretion, and
to suspend access and/or service at any time.
- If you are being harassed please let us know. We do not tolerate any behavior,
which causes offence to our Users. If you are reported stalking people, we
will bar your from the site, before you even have time to hang up your Mack
with those hairy palms. We are serious. You have been warned.
- Everything that you see here on the Surf2Singles site is
protected under copyright law. The content of this site is owned
solely by its creators under Intellectual Property rights.
We take a strong and clear view of people ripping of the themes
and content of our site.
- You will use the site for its intended purpose only,
namely an introduction service to other Users of Surf2Singles.
This is not an environment for you to promote your
goods / services from and the collation of User data
from our member's profiles for personal or commercial
use is strictly forbidden. 3rd party websites are
not permitted to frame or link to this site without
the expressed permission of Surf2 Ltd. However, we
cannot guarantee that the site will not be framed
by any 3rd party website and we accept no responsibility
for the 3rd party's links or content if this occurs.
